Who we looking for

We are looking for a dynamic and personable Office Administrative Assistant based out of our West Orange, NJ office who can both support our small local team and interact with our external vendors and customers here in the newly-launched US market. Primary responsibilities include answering phones and distributing messages, some light scheduling, expense reporting, monitoring invoices, bookkeeping, bill payment, procurement of office and kitchen supplies, and other general administrative support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interaction with customers, partners, and vendors to provide information in response to inquiries
  2. Answering calls and message distribution
  3. Scheduling appointments and meetings, including any required resource support
  4. Entering data using online tools in the preparation/tracking of employee expense reports, invoices, receipts
  5. Payment of office bills and expenses
  6. Assistance with local logistics processes
  7. Ordering / purchasing office and kitchen supplies, water delivery service, etc.
  8. Mailing / shipping support as necessary
  9. Other projects as required


Key requirements:

  1. Good interpersonal skills
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  3. Proficiency in spreadsheet, document and presentation types of software
  4. Comfortable learning new software and online tools / systems
  5. Fluent in English
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills
  7. Reliable self-starter with good analytical and problem solving skills


Preferred skills and experience:

  1. Preferred prior experience in similar support roles
  2. Experience working with technology products
  3. Quick learner of technology, online services, and software tools
  4. Proficiency with Google G Suite
  5. Experience in relevant business environments: B2B, e-commerce, technology, photography, etc.

We are looking for an energetic and well-connected product sales lead to be based out of our West Orange, NJ office, who can bring their experience and creativity to help Orbitvu grow in the newly-launched US market. Primary responsibilities include sourcing and developing customer leads, and converting them into sales. This position offers a unique possibility to grow your career with the growth of the US office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales opportunity generation through potential client outreach, networking, trade shows acquisition, industry relationships, etc.
  2. Following up on leads provided by Company website
  3. Delivering face to face sales presentations to clients in the New Jersey showroom, and on-site with customers
  4. Preparing business proposals and price quotations
  5. Sales process reporting in CRM
  6. Collaboration with other departments
  7. Monitoring competitors by analyzing and reporting related information
  8. Participation in trade shows and events
  9. Strong relationship management with clients
  10. Provide basic customer support to ensure high customer satisfaction
  11. Formulate sales forecasts, budgeting and other reports


Key requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technical science, or equivalent
  2. Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the same or similar position in B2B sector
  3. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Fluent in English
  5. Fluent in English
  6. The ability to understand highly technical products
  7. Proficiency in spreadsheet, document and presentation types of software
  8. Some travel required


Preferred skills and experience:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Technical Support Specialist based out of our West Orange, NJ office who can both support our sales team and help our external customers optimize usage of our Orbitvu solutions here in the newly-launched US market. Primary responsibilities include general product photography projects and basic technical support of the Orbitvu product lineup, customer support and product training needs, and supporting the sales team with digital photography of product samples.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interaction with customers to provide support in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about Orbitvu solutions
  2. Assist in performing product presentations and demos to clients
  3. Providing product training to customers
  4. Logging and following up on issues and requests in the Orbitvu help desk system
  5. Diagnosing and resolving basic technical problems
  6. Remote access-assisted setup of equipment and software
  7. On-site repair support if required
  8. Creation of supporting materials such as tutorials, presentations, and competitive analysis
  9. Escalating problems to appropriate departments
  10. Support in creation of content for photography or Orbitvu product-related blog entries or social media posts
  11. Cross-organizational cooperation as required
  12. Participation in trade shows and events


Key requirements:

  1. Photography related education or experience
  2. In-depth understanding of digital photography and image processing software
  3. Good analytical and problem solving skills
  4. Good interpersonal skills along with very good verbal and written communication skills
  5. Fluent in English
  6. The ability to understand highly technical products
  7. Proficiency in spreadsheet, document and presentation type of software
  8. Proficiency in both MAC and PC usage
  9. Some travel required


Preferred skills and experience:

  1. Preferred prior experience of photography related support
  2. Experience working with technology products and supporting software
  3. Quick learner of technology, online services, and software tools
  4. Not required, but a basic knowledge of XML and web languages (HTML5, CSS, JS, etc.) can be a plus
