Our Support Team can be contacted via email under [email protected] or via telephone under (+48) 32 392 10 60 ext. 2. The hours of operation are: 8 am to 4 pm CET.

Our basic Support Service is free of charge. We give priority and widest support range to requests from customers with an active Support Plan.

Clients with an active Support Plan receive technical maintenance and free consultations. They will be able to download Orbitvu software updates that allow keeping the operability of their system. 

Our Support Team will contact you within 24 hours on workdays. Support is closed on weekends and bank holidays - then the response time may be longer. 

Our main line telephone support is available in English and Polish. For basic help in your language, like German or Spanish, you can also contact your local Orbitvu distributor.
